Variety. I work for different companies and clients all the time. I have a great work life balance and I have great job satisfaction.

What career advice would you give to your younger self?

Your career doesn鈥檛 have to be a VCE subject. There are other avenues to find your passion within the gates of YVG. For me, I can鈥檛 do a job just so I can get a pay check and walk away. I love what I do so the long hours, the problem solving and stresses are what keeps me motivated and passionate about my job. 20 years on I鈥檓 still learning new things and having a great time doing it.
