The Neville J Lyngcoln Senior School Centre is home to the Humanities department (English, History and Business studies) as part of a recent re-structure to create faculties for learning rather than being year level focused.
Our Senior Student Centre also provides social spaces for our most senior students to experience an environment similar to a tertiary or work environment.
Research says that many students who move from the secondary sector into the tertiary sector struggle with the freedom and the choices of how to use their free time during their first tertiary year.
The building, which overlooks the hills, provides spaces for both silent and low noise private study, seminar rooms to which students can escape to work in teams, or individually to complete projects, and a common room space as well as regular classrooms.
